Persona Front Cover Developments

This was the first draft of the front cover, I felt that the arrangement of the page worked well, however I felt that the cover line that was an image looked a bit odd as it drew the attention of the readers from the main image, so I decided to remove it.

These screen shots were taken during the construction of the front cover to show the stages that I went through to get my finished product. Once I removed the picture cover line I needed to fill the gap with some other cover lines, however to do this I had to add more to my contents page so that the names of the  artists i included in the cover lines would feature in the magazine too. i also felt that i had to make the main image bigger so that the model would stand out more against the cover lines and to show that she was the star of this edition. one of the only things that was consistant throughout the construction of my magazine was the main cover line because i felt that it stood out very well and it was different from the usual cover lines.
